This Yoga Nidra is a form of peace prayer and visualization, for the world and for you.
When we have peace inside we emanate that peaceful state into this world.
This Nidra is inspired by Amma, the holy Mother, and from my first visit with her. She did a wonderful meditation with the white flowers that we will be using in this Yoga Nidra.
