It is beautiful to hold space for others in a retreat setting. We bring in our different gifts and frequencies, and together we create a beautiful song.
What I offer is Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions and massage treatments & healing. In a retreat setting we could also welcome The Akashic Records. I would of course use Divine Lila Botanical Oils as an option both in the Yoga Nidras and the treatments. Maybe the retreat is based on certain theme where one of the oil blends and Yoga Nidras could be used throughout the retreat (as in my Divine programs), or we work on a different emotion each day. Anything is possible!
I’m a massagetherapiest and trained in Hawaiian lomi lomi massage. This was my great passion and love for many years and I’ve developed my own style.
My massage is based on the lomi lomi tradition, reflecting the waves washing over you, the wind that softly rocks you. The massage is a beautiful flow and rhythm that relaxes you on every level.
My yoga training is in Vinyasa (200 RYT) and additional Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. But I only do session with Yin yoga and of course Yoga Nidra, as these are closest to my heart.
